As a tech person, tbh... its still possible to use iPhone 6S or iPhone SE in 2023 running iOS 15 AND ITS SMOOTH THANKS TO THE A9 CHIP WITH 2 GB OF RAM INSTALLED. But iPhone 6 is too old... running iOS 12, the latest firmware supported. Not all apps are supported on that platform anymore like twitter (known as X)
