Okay something infu hasn't brought up is that "Dr Meebloid" (mih time accel guy) exploited to get made in heaven's time accel, the windup animation was just the counter move and time accel reusing old MIH's run animation and the effects being reused in the files, the reason kur didn't put in time accel was for balance reasons, and the whitesnake family being reworked (even made in heaven) so time accel will hopefully be implemented.

Yeah they’re adding time accel and hopefully reworking the move set entirely, made in heaven has no combo potential and even if it does have combos they’re hard to land and require a ton of practice. I also hop cmoon gets its gravity move as it deserves

Func Fact: To get Made in Galaxy, u need to evolve ws with dio diary (low chance) to get a purple c-moon, u need to found a light thing and go to it, after u do that u can get 2 options,1 is getting to ws normal, and 2 u can get the made in galaxy(is a chance to get it)

Kur actually posted a sneekpeek of MIH's time acceleration but it never got added into the game (I think it was a scrapped idea or maybe they'll add it to the game soon they're just thinking of how to balance it and other stuff)

It's not technically scrapped, they already implemented it into mih but the devs said mih was already strong enough without it, so then the code for the move itself was deleted Though i have to agree with you that time accel could be back with balancing stuff

WS isn't as or rarer than a shiny since the shiny chance is a seperate factor for when the game decides what stand you get A WS shiny would be 1/1000 however without pity. This is also a reason why rarer stands shinies are rated higher on paragons rarity tier list as 1.5% for the world and 1% for a shiny variant is almost as rare as a shiny WS.
