Really good video, but the background music is really distracting 😢 Do love a bit of background music but can you lower the volume for when you’re talking please?

Hi. What does it mean when it says go to exit entrance? Does that mean there's no entry area for people with a ride access pass like the other rides? Or you have to go all the way inside the exit route to enter the ride? Just wondering if we have to do this whilst people are exiting the ride.

Hiya, thank you for checking out the video! If you head to the exit of the ride, this is usually with the flat rides the exits will usially be a gate that requires a member of staff to open. There will usually be someone there to let you know what to do. Often they will ask you to move aside while the ride empties, then you will be directed to the ride. I hope that helps!

I don't agree with ANY ride passes - they are just a money making ploy - what happens when EVERY person buys a fast ride pass and the queue time is over 1 hr as EVERYONE has a pass?

Hi, thanks for checking out the video. The ride access pass is for people who are unable to stand in a physical queue due to disability or lifelong health condition. They aren’t a fastpass or a queue jump as you have a timeout period after the ride of the same amount of time as the estimated queue time of the ride. So if the queue is 30 minutes. You have to wait 30 minutes before you can join another queue line. The idea for example for me, I have ulcerative colitis, which causes me to need access to a bathroom as soon as i need to go and would not be able to wait in a queue for an hour without a toilet break. If i hold it (or if im able to hold it) for the hour, there is a real chance i could go into a flare and end up in hospital. I am happy to wait an hour without riding if i can be near a bathroom. I would 100% queue for ant amount of time if i didnt have this life altering disease, but unfortunately I do, so this pass has made it possible for me to actually go to these themeparks and do what I love. I hope this clears up the idea its a fastpass. Thanks again for the comment and watching ☺️
