Greetings. I'm seeking some assistance. I have a weekly sports talkshow programme that I stream on StreamYard. However, I was asked if I could simulcast, but the broadcaster wants to use vMix. Do you know how I could integrate StreamYard with vMix? Is there anyway I could continue with StreamYard and integrate vMix, probably using a second computer, etc? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey! Nice Tut... if i am running a webinar on Microsoft teams can i live streaming through Vmix so i will be able to do the thumbnail, grid and side by side inputs with panels. I want the viewers to see this look

I set our link up the exact same way described and with more than 4 callers you can utilize "Together Mode" for viewers which is very neat! One issue is I also have BUS A as the audio feed from vMix to teams so if I try to play videos or other content from vMix to Teams, I only get a hiss sound but the Teams feed to vMix is clean. Any suggestions.

As soon as I want to enable the NDI support within my Teams client, I get the following error message: activating NDI in Teams not working (Failed Error: FILE_SIGNATURE_MISMATCH) I can't activate NDI in Teams, all my colleagues can activate NDI, but for me it does not work. I have a question If i run 4 people of group meeting call(include myself), can i add input other people's video source separately? Like Add person 1's video source, person 2's video source and people 3's video source separately.
@srbh414134 жыл бұрын
임준하 Yes, it works that way. Each Teams participant should appear as separate NDI source. Also, if anyone shares their screen, that becomes yet another. And if someone else shared their screen, it replaces the previous one. So, just as in Teams itself, one shared screen.

@vMixhd4 жыл бұрын
You should be able to listen via your headphones if you still have that active for the videos, but you may have changed some settings. Feel free to email through so we can take a look- www.vmix.com/contact-us.aspx
@ivandjlinux4 жыл бұрын
@@vMixhd When I enable the headphone within the audio mix settings, I listen but the other person on the call does not listen. In the audio settings I did the same as the tutorial. Because as I am in a room with other people we wanted to be able to use Microsof Teams and Vmix on a computer with a datashow so that we can participate together and plug my onboard soubd card into speaker for listening and the microphone on a sound table to be able to speak to the speaker. But I followed the steps of the video and even so when I activate Bus A the speaker listens to the video we are playing but the people in the room do not leave it on my headphones, there is no way for me to configure a Bus for the speaker and another for me?

The people viewing your video should see it the correct way around. You can mirror inputs by going to the settings of the input and ticking Mirror. This will appear the right way for you, but will be backwards for your viewers.

Teams Meetings have a awful watermark and Teams Calls do not for me. Can anyone confirm similar behavior? Also, when bandwidth dips, the Teams watermark disappears.
@vMixhd4 жыл бұрын
We noticed some different behaviour when different NDI Outputs from Teams was being used. His video had no watermark as a direct video call, but his desktop sharing did. I'm not sure as to why that is! I would say that they'll probably make all NDI outputs have the watermark in the future, but who knows?

@PlamenDrop4 жыл бұрын
If it accepts a webcam, it most likely accepts NDI Virtual Input.
@vMixhd4 жыл бұрын
If you're talking about from vMix, then most will accept the NDI Virtual Input. Just connect it to your vMix output and programs will see it like a webcam. At the moment Skype and Teams are the only ones that output their Video and Audio via NDI for a vMix input. All other video conferencing tools require you to capture the screen to bring it into vMix.

I run live events for a large PR firm and have loved this feature. We've cut Zoom out all together just because of NDI. It removes so much of the goofy shit I've seen people do to get remote guests into calls. Multiple laptops with Zoom on them plugged into a video mixer or capture cards, cutting frames out of multiviewers - just silly. How Zoom hasn't implemented this yet is beyond me. We do this with Wirecast though, and I'm just checking this out to see how it works with our typical event. The UI seems a little clunky, and the PC only thing is a let down. I won't trust an event to Windows 10.
