Thanks for the useful and valuable tips! My question: capacity planning in person days, stories in points - where is the bridge between both of them? From managment side always PD are interesting, but how to satisfy management needing PD information?

Good question. Use the same unit for Capacity and SP. For example, 8 days capacity, 1SP for each day. Size the tickets accordingly. If 1 SP it should take one day to complete and so on.

To be honest that hardly works in reality, since the estimation is done by the devs, they are really confronted with a challenge to estimate complexity and then return to person days again, that confuses people and is simply not accepted... 🙈
