I guess that's fair. But I think Riktor would still have a job in the long run. His pull is slow but it's a full pull to him. Plus he doesn't need to charge it and he has an insane amount of CC. Tho I still think Mourn is stronger just based on his heals and abilities.

what does mesmerize do

Mesmerize is a slow build up to max range. It causes all enemies to be mesmerized to you. As in minions and heroes will walk towards you when mesmerized but they can't attack during this time. I don't think it works on things like fangtooth and orb mini or prime.

It’s not supposed to do a full pull. It pulls the same length no matter what distance you are at. If you were closer to the target it’ll still pull the same distance. If you are really close it’ll pull the target behind you

Yeah, I figured out that's the way it worked. I guess I just didn't pay attention to the way it worked. Thank you for your comment tho, it does clear up how the ability works.
