So very happy I found your KZbin channel. I’m getting older and can’t lift the heavy cast iron pans or pizza stones. I’ve ordered the same pan you use and look forward to baking in a cold oven and my new pan. Thank you for all of the useful information. Stay healthy!

Hi there, can you please tell me how you incorporated the used seeds from making beer into your sourdough bread, l remember you talking about it but l can’t find it, the seeds were sent to you by your friend, is all l can remember ( stroke head ) so l ordered some off a brewery got them, and now l can’t remember anything. Your experienced mind would be a great help to me😘🇬🇧👍

Shady Bad hi, thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻 if you look through the videos you’ll find one using the spent grains, but all you need to do is add some to the dough when you make it, right from the start. If the grains are wet, add 50-100g and reduce the water in your dough by 25g. If the grains are dried add 3 tablespoons, no other changes are needed. Have fun, they add a great flavour 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 (ps you’ll also find more about this is in my upcoming book 😉)

Looks amazing but one of my kids is the only one that likes Ketchup so this loaf will never happen. But there are not limits to using this technic and make it what ever you like. Thanks for sharing you amazing woman.
