I have one for my approximately 200 feet of hedge and I would not have it any other way. Like a hot knife through butter on new growth but a little more work and wear and tear on branches up to 3/4 inch thick. I highly recommend the pole saw attachment for heavier growth and tree trimming.

Looks like they need to be straightened out more often. That creeping juniper was way past the bed. How do you like the new design hedge trimmer? New trimmers are supposed to be much lighter. But are they shortened?

when we do a trim like that we blow it out and mulch it with the mower. im sure your walker wouldnt have any problems sucking most of that stuff up bro. easier than picking it up by hand bro
@AmbrosLandscapingInc7 жыл бұрын
flockaflocka20 I completely agree, I do it a good majority of the time...just hate how it dulls the blades so fast from the twigs and stems.
@outerspaceslandscapellc7 жыл бұрын
oh yeah itll eat up some blades, but its faster than a rake and youre getting two things done at once. blades are cheaper than back pain and labor lol. love the vids
@1d1hamby7 жыл бұрын
What kind of blades get dull from small branches and twigs? Are they oem? I'll have to keep a closer eye on my blades after hedges. Never noticed any difference before.

Hi I just started watching your videos, they are great. I just moved to SoCal after living in Australia for 11 years. I had a lawn care company there and had 3 Walker mower there. On this video you empty your catcher with boxes you have in the catcher. What are they? Are they from walker? Where can I get these? Please explain or show me to a video of yours that explains. Thanks

We have the FS131 that can take different attachments at work, and i like it, but good grief is it heavy. As a normal trimmer its not bad but once the hedge trimmer is put on it it gets sooo heavy
@999benhonda2 жыл бұрын
I haven't tried mine with the hedge trimmer head, but I love my fs131...not the lightest trimmer, but power for days. I do have a darwins grip on my trimmers, which helps me stand straight while trimming.
@BioHazardra2 жыл бұрын
@@999benhonda I just recently sold my FS 111 and km 131 I kept all of my attachments except for the hedge trimmer I had for it. I bought a Km 94r and upgraded the hedge trimmer. My primary weed eaters are now Husqvarna and RedMax they have just as much power as a FS 111 but a lot lighter much better trimmers
