Using new pouring medium recipe for blooming!

Welcome to my channel. Today I’m trying out a new pouring medium recipe for the bloom technique. I got it from Pieces of Tara Artistry. It uses no varnish.
Pouring Medium:
Recipe: 2 parts Valspar Ultra Deep Base C
1 part Behr 8300(or whatever paint
You are substituting that for now.
Cell Activator
Recipe: 2 parts American Floetrol
1 part paint
1 part water
20 drops Minwax Pre Stain (red can)
If you use pigments disperse with GAC 100
This worked well for me.
