Swatch challenge idea - Build the entire house just placing the items you like and not considering the swatches. THEN, for each room, roll for which number Swatch to use and change every item, flooring and wallpaper. Will probably end up hideous but could be fun!

Seeing your walk through your shell building process is just! Such a delight!!! I'm not a huge fan of modern builds since they tend to look very boring and monotone, but you even pull off this style by mixing it up, choosing interesting details and textures and most importantly making it look unique. If your good at interior design, I would recommend getting houses of the gallery but getting it unfurnished and you decorate the inside yourself, And then maybe switch up the exterior a bit if you want.
