I know it is a pain when you need the software in a rush. Once you are approved then you can download most packages without the wait.

@IOTConnectivity - The difficult part is not waiting, but explaining to the industrial plant manager that the start of the unit will have to depend on Siemens' response. That's why I frown when buyers approve purchases from Siemens
