hi ippsec. this is out of the topic question but is this Saturday retired box 'analysis' free. for me its not. only 'twomillion' and 'builder' is free.

THIS. Before we could play the two most recent boxes for free, besides TwoMillion and Builder, a total of four different boxes. Now we can only play TwoMillion and Builder for free

Why do you use $ at the end of the code lines?

He is using Parrot OS that comes with a pre-styled terminal. Those $ signs you see are not part of the code. The $ sign in this case is a way to show the user that line ends here, but the sign itself does not exist in code.

It's vi the text editor , it and all it's flavours like vim, neovim use the $ sign to indicate end of line
