I watched your video a few weeks ago and love the presets. Over the past few weeks I've been playing around and watching and learning and then came back to this for a second time. I'm so happy that I did. I didn't have the vocabulary or the understanding before but now really notice the difference in my ability to use what you've given us. Your explanations are so great. Thank you for gifting us your videos.

Thanks for the eq sweep tip, that is very helpful. What is that peak on the eq at 100 for? It seems that the vocal wave graphic of the performance is not hitting down there.

That is a natural warmth that can really help a vocal come forward. Even if they aren't singing that low note, there are still harmonics of the vocal down there.

Should the presets you add to compression and EQ on the lead vocal track be added to the other tracks as well (i.e. Slap Del, etc.)?

Yep you totally can. In a more advanced DAW, these settings are technically sent to the effects
