@brandon Thank you for the excellent explanation of Quickbooks integration with Python. I found it very helpful.

That's great to hear. This video just shows the sandbox integration. I haven't done a video on an actual live account integration yet.

@@BrandonJacobson If you've got another video coming out about the live integration, that would be great! I've been struggling a bit.

Hey did you ever post the follow up video on this? I haven't been able to find you actually code after you set up the API connection

No, not yet. I'm a little cautious about the PCI Compliance checklist and then accessing quickbooks through Python. Email me at bjone6 AT gmail DOT com if you want the code in this video.

Thank you so much for the clear and also concise video! I'm new at python, and have never implemented Oauth2. Could you please indulge me though on a couple points of confusion? First - the refresh token expires in 101 days according to QBO documentation. Isn't the "constants" file not really constant? Seems to me there should be a new access token after the refresh token expires. Second - maybe this is beyond the scope of this video, but QBO wants a public- (customer-) facing website where they want a lauch URL and a callback URL. My use case is specific to my own company. I want to ingest my company's QBO data to a datalake on AWS. How do you recommend doing this?

Gotta be careful with those digital playgrounds! Sometimes you find unintended content....
