Using R part 6: anova example

Part 6 of a 7 part series on using R. This series is meant to help people who would normally use Excel to analyze data and make graphs get started with R.
Part 6 continues with the data graphed in Part 5, and shows how to run an ANOVA and then post-hoc t-tests on the data.
The statistical methods themselves and the choice of which method (or R function) is best for the data is not covered.
