Hi, Another great tutorial. Question, it looks like "Insert" is for the purpose of changing the background to black and the text to white. Why would that be important to extract text from a scanned image?

I tried this using an image I created from a pdf. When I do the "Process Image" command bitonal isn't an option. Any suggestions?
