4:57 You can get the live results by adding "message" in the "children" list of "mainbox". Or you can remove the "children" list altogether from "mainbox". As an example, your .rasi file might have this after the fix: mainbox { children: [inputbar, message, listview]; }

Hello! Nice vid! I've succesfully installed the emoji selector, but I can't preview the emoji on Rofi, a weird icon appears, when I select it I can't preview it on Kitty either, but if I paste on the browser it works. What could be the cause? Maybe the font?

Fixed, leaving the comment for future references if it's ok with you. Solved by installing 'noto-fonts-emoji'. Thank you anyway!

Hi I tried doing the rofi power menu thing but it wasn’t working properly. Whenever I use the keyboard shortcut the power menu barely shows and I think it failed to run the power menu properly can someone help? It showed “Failed to execute: “rofi-power-menu” and “Error: ‘Failed to execute child process ‘rofi-power-menu’ No such file or Directory)”

Make sure you have set the nerd font you installed on your terminal, if not try looking at the FAQ?

I think you can do it, you might have to do some coding yourself though. I remember people talking about it before, you can probably find some method online

Hey how did you integrate the rofi script into polybar ? What module should I use?

You can assign a command to run whenever you click on a polybar module. You can see my full polybar config file in my dotfiles on Github, link in the description

I personally use sxhkd for keyboard shortcuts, but you would just insert the rofi command into whatever you use for keyboard shortcuts
