Using Screen4 screen designer for Mach3

I longly searched over internet with no success: there is no way to add a tootip/help text help when a mouse is over a button? Any workaround that you could suggest?

When I edit a screen with screen4, add a button and than save, the program stretches or squeezes the screen by some ratio, why is it? And it doesn't it always, but almost never saves the screen with the same aspect ratio of the original one. What am I doing wrong?

Please where can i find screen 4 to create my Owen screen? I can not find it in original mach3 and can not find it on website.
