I am very glad that you have this video online. I am doing my home sleep test tonight and was told by the lady at the sleep study center where I picked the home sleep study up at that there would be a paper in the container that I was taking home. It would have a link to the instructions on how to do this test. I typed in the address/URL and got the message that the video was no longer available. Great. So much for that. There are also written instructions in with the kit, but I was hoping to be able to watch a video. Then I typed in "home sleep study" on youtube and yours was one of the top ones that came up (also the most helpful of the several that I watched. So I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to make this helpful video. At least now I'll be able to sleep without being worried that I'm doing the test wrong.

Your kit arrived just before Christmas. I was told to return in 3 days. That was not possible. So, to avoid being billed $25 a day late charge I returned yesterday. was very encouraged by the sight of the machine but was not able to use within the time given. That was not possible hi y

They said they would call the day the test arrived. They called the day after I'm supposed to have already taken the test. I'm sick. Heck I can't ajst the strap.

@rvs2569 thank you for responding. Yes, I watched another video where the patient was instructed: it's ok to get up to use the restroom (and take the probe off the finger briefly to wash their hands), as long as they kept the monitor strapped to their chest, as the recording is in process.

When I got handed the sleep test device , they actually put tape over that button. I was told it resets the device. 😅😅
