You can get rid of the borders by changing your desktop resolution to a 4:3 one, the borders will be on the desktop(sides) but iPad will have full display

You know if you change your resolution on the pc to a 4:3 ratio one you'd get a full screen experience on the ipad.

For me when I change to 4:3 ratio, there's an offset between where I draw on the iPad and where the strokes show up on the screen. Anybody else have this problem?

When Brad Colbow did this review, the pencil and touch mode are in separate mode so you must switch it on the left screen. But I see in this vid, the pencil and touch just works seamlessy. I think this is the time!

@@radeberger1169 yepp, it does :-) It even works when you're using it in a presentation with Whiteboard on the pc, even if you're only using the mini palette of brushes that come with Ink. I am absolutely enlighted.

ok so i've tried Duet Display before but then I stumbled across this video and tried EasyCanvas....and let me tell you. WAAAAAAAAY better than Duet Display. Like she said the only down fall is the display size but the accuracy and pressure sensativity is perfect IMO. Definitely a must try

Checkout Superbrush on the play store! I tried it with my Samsung Galaxy S6 and it works! Pressure sensitivity and wireless connection. No keyboard input or shortcut buttons yet. But Still!!! It's finally here!!!

(ﾉ≧∀≦)ﾉ that's awesome, I'm so happy to hear that, ebay has good deals on used apple pencil, I got mines for $50, yeah this little apps saves us creatives lots of money, great thing about Eaasy Canvas is the developers keep updating it, a year ago if you checked out other reviews it didn't use to be as good but now they perfected

You'll need at least a 6th gen ipad, 3rd gen ipad Air and the latest mini or an ipad pro to use a pencil. Older ipad's don't support it.

Apparently you can get screen protectors for the iPad that make the surface less glassy and easier to draw on! And thank you for this video! :D

@@123forafurry about the wear well depends how you use and what surface you use. if you use the glass it felt uncomfortable but last longer , the paperlike screen shorter but very comfortable fo draw.

Yes you will, I did it, all the tools will work the same, there's just no cursor on the iPad, so you won't be able to hover and preview ur lines until u actually make them

Hi I was wondering, is the drawing on your PC the same resolution as to that which you are drawing on your ipad? If so Im not seeing any real benefit if you are creating your drawing on the ipad but just mirroring it on your PC. Im probably not getting this lol...haha sorry for being so dumb, please bear with me Im an old 54 year ol;d fossil lol...So what Im trying to do is decide whether I need a dedicated graphics tablet to use on my PC or should I buy an Apple Pencil and use my iPad as a tablet but keeping all the benefits of the Apple Pencil (anti palm, variable line width due to applying pressure, shading effect when pencil is angles close to the tablet) and creating the finished rsult on whatever app Im running on the PC. So perhaps I have all this wrong, in your video, am I seeing you running the app on the PC and the PC screen being mirrored on the iPad? In which case the graphic resolution can be whatever it needs to be....I think I have it...goodness, I am stoooopid lol!!!!

Im going off here blindly, but what I can gather is that the iPad due to ram has limitations in the amount of layers it can handle, and the resolution as well. So by using the app, the ram used is probably the one in your pc (which normally would be larger that the iPad) and you wouldn't have those limitations Hope it helps hehe

I tried this with my IPad Air3, my Macbook and Medibang. But I can’t use my Apple Pencil to draw, it just doesn’t detect that I wanna draw with it I can only use it as mouse cursor :(

btw you can change your laptop aspec ratio to 4:3 so it will fit on the tablet then put it back again to 16:9 if you are not using the mirror app

I have a Lenovo and having the same problem. I can't get it to work. When I connect the IPad to the computer I get a noise that it's connected so I know the Ipad and computer is connected but the screen is not showing on the Ipad.

I got it to work. It ended up being the cable. Some cables work and some don't even though they work fine on my IPhone and Ipad. Try changing the cable.

Really great.. The coders of this app are really smart.. The coders of "Teamviewer" actually have the same and even better tech to share a screen but they are just not that visionary I guess since it is not possible to use a remote pen or stylus directly on the remote screen.. If they could alter the code to do the same that this app does it could be used on any platform, Windows, Mac and Android no matter what.. Even if it is a simple cheap phone.. But yeah.. it is what it is..
