I installed the sim card and activated the phone but I am not getting any service. I see the CC Network on the top left of my screen but not sure what else I need to do

One thing I like about consumer Cellular SIM cards at least they're very good. As a matter of fact that's why my sister one of my relatives is wanting to put me on her plan. So I'm not bombarded with any bills later on. Because she could help me pay the bill anyway to begin with. Secondly instead of pointing over your phone number why not just get a new one and save yourself a lot of hassles because now with the new change is going on as far as putting your phone number over that's going to make it kind of harder to basically Port your number over from AT&t or t-mobile. That's why if you get on consumer Cellular here in Washington state I will be on the AT&t network so I'll get a phone number from at&t. That way it will work better. And my old phone number will have to go back to the carrier where it came from before. Since I've had this number for 14 years but I think it's about time for me to just get a new number and not have to deal with it.

I am having a hard time trying to insert a SIM card in my flip top CC cell phone and I can’t print out the entire owners manual and I can’t see the words in the manual that is online so what else can I do because I’m running out of time to put it in there! HELP ‼️‼️🙏🤷‍♀️🆘

My wife and I are both CC customers, and have some pretty old phones (I-phone4). Well we Got an Iphone5S from a friend, unlocked, Sim card based, GSM. Iphone 5 is still old, but at least it can go to IOS-10. So were trying to it up. We've already succeeded in backing up the phone we will replace, and restored it to the new one. This was just to verify all the apps and contacts could be moved. So far so good. But we haven't moved the sim card yet. The old phone has your all-in-one SIM card, and the outer piece has long been removed, to make it into a "micro". But the newer Iphone5S needs the tinier version (Nano I guess). We can see when we look close that there is a tiny blue border that can be removed. But we're a little nervous about it. After all, its a very small border and we're unsure if it will separate easilly without damaging it. You say it can be snapped back together if the new phone doesn't like it, but I wonder if it would be safer to just get CC to send another one? We definitely don't want to end up losing the phone number. Also, whether we use the existing SIM or a new one, we'll still need to call CC with the newer phone's IMEI number right? (Or is the IMEI on the SIM card?). Sorry for all the questions!

We suggest you do it carefully, but if anything happens, we can always send you a new SIM card. You won't lose your phone number. I have a samsug smart phone it was a tracfone, and it ran out so I went to walmart but the tracfone inside says it was a tmobile. I am not doing the straight talk because I can't download facebook or messenger. Would I be able to use this phone and would I have enough to use fb and messenger and data? Do these work on your wifi at home free on it? Thanks I also have a phone that I bought at walmart for straight talk would I be able to use it. The samsung has a small sim card in it.

Utterly worthless. Tells you your sim card has it been perforated correctly and no chance in hell you can find out what the hell that means.
