Using the Dark Wood Tarot

The spread I'm doing in the video is a Shadow Work spread. Shadow Work is what you call it when you are working through those things that you'd rather not face. The things that you would rather keep safely hidden away in the shadows. There comes a point when you HAVE to face certain things, and tarot is a great way to do that.
