Using the Django Shell to Explore One-to-Many Models

I have question In book table/model ForiegnKey is set to language table so why do we have to pass lang=z as 3rd parameter ? I think it has to automatically set , but I am bit confused how do we know that PY4E is englisg? so let me finish the video first .

How would django know the book's language unless you create a language object instance first, say z, then you pass it as a parameter to the book object instance..
