Using the Element Library to Create Components with Correct RSF in CasaXPS

This video shows one way to create a component with the appropriate RSF for a photoemission line by making use of the Element Table on the Element Library property page. The scenario addressed in this video is where a VAMAS block containing a spectrum does not have assigned correctly the element transition fields for the spectral data. Ru 3d and C 1s is one such example where the element transition field in the data file cannot be correct for both C 1s and Ru 3d.
