I'm getting really frustrated with the fact the 'Read More' link is within the Excerpt block and isn't its own separate block for styling reasons. Ended up going back to the php file and doing it by hand :

Do you know if there is a way to create custom Taxonomy and use them instead of just categories

Yes, the easiest way is with a plugin like Custom Post Types UI. Once you've created your custom taxonomy, you'll see it listed in the Query Loop's block settings panel.

@@WPApprentice I use custom post types I just wasn't sure how it would work. I spent today playing with fse tt1 theme and view docs on it. I wasn't aware that the customizer is going away. In the Experimental themes, it doesn't even show.

@@Relaxing-And-Meditations The Customizer will evolve, but won't be eliminated. It will continue to be the location for site-wide design settings. It's possible the experimental theme you're testing has it disabled.

Would that be possible to choose a random order rather than chronological or alphabetical?
