Using the LOUDEST/MOST AGGRESSIVE Exhaust Burble Settings on Bootmod3! | BMW F30 335i N55

In this video I test out the most aggressive burbles settings in Bootmod3 on my F30 BMW 335i with the N55 engine (EWG)!

I have a few questions. 1. Did you get another charge pipe before doing it ? And did you have to change spark plugs or ignition coils

I have an aftermarket charge pipe and I changed the spark plus to NGK and the coils to Eldor. Before I started running the Stage 2 E30 map. I changed the charge pipe before installing any initial tune.

Sounds awesome! Been using your whole setup on my f30. Do you think the Burbles could damage anything though? Downpipe, turbo, etc?

Yes. It can damage the turbo with excessive use.

I just recently did downpipes so for now I am running 1 second duration and 12 aggression it gives a few loud like LOUD bangs and pops but still not going to lie too much duration I am going to test around and figure out how to get it to do just 2 or 3 loud bangs (any suggestions?)

I saw another video where op did 0.5 duration and it gave him 1-2 pops in sport an 2-3 in sport+

My car is a bmw 435i fbo catless and full straight pipe but my start up is not as loud and long as yours. I have gts start up roar enabled on bm3 but my car doesn't do that period where the waste gate opens up for a minute or two like yours. How can I have a long and loud startup like yours.

If its still not loud even with the GTS Start-Up roar flashed in, I'm not sure why its not loud. I would think there's an issue with BM3 and its role in coding the ECU. Or something in your car. Cause all you should need is enable "GTS Start-Up Roar" and it will give your the same start up sound as mine

@@InlineSixAuto I emailed them but they said they disable cold start during warm starts on all stage 2 maps. What I like about yours is that you have that oem feature of where the rpms drop slowly after start up but also have the extra initial bump in rpms with gts start up roar. Bootmod3 was super unhelpful with me

@@ethaninocando Does yours not have that feature? And yeah I've heard they dont offer much help at all when you encounter an issue with anything lol. I really don't know why it wouldn't work. I would search on some forums to see if anybody encountered your same issue and if they were able to resolve it.

The new 335 like you have has launch control right?

Yes I think it has a form of launch control. I haven’t tried it though yet.

It does have launch control but you’ve gotta be in Sport +, traction fully off and then do the normal launch procedures(full left foot brake, full accelerator). It will only enter launch mode if you step on the accelerator all the way down to a point whereby it feels like the pedal is clicking on something

huh... if i set my aggression to 12 and the time to 5s, it sounds like someone steadily firing an AK47 and each bang shocks the whole car, you can feel it in your feet if youre touching the pedals and thru your body from the seat... wonder why mine is so different. maybe not having cats really makes that much of a difference? its so strong i immediately pulled over and reflashed cause i felt like I was going to damage my car

@@CZ-57 I'm not sure I have an AGG map but honestly I'm scared to push it too high. The default burbles on my custom tune gunshot so hard that I can feel it in my ass, and I'm worried it's damaging something lmao

I think it has something to do with the S55 in the F8X being twin turbo and the N55 being a single. The way the sound resonates in the exhaust system is just different. But yeah I definitely think the N55 sounds better in overall tone
