This shit works! I’ve had mine for a day and 90% of my lower back and leg pain. After three different PTs not one thought it was my psoas. Worth the $80!

I wish it was adjustable so you could adjust the width to target different areas of the psoas. Because of the way the psoas attaches, you can really only use it on the intermediate part. You can't target the proximal or distal attachments.

Get a Kettlebell and let it hang out on the areas that concern you. Lie on your back and place it on the affected area. For something more intense, lie on it... Something I personally attest to is lying flat on a foam roller and hanging out on the affected area.

man, pso-rite has been so aggressively marketed by so many celebrities but I have yet to see how is this different from any plastic/wooden object you can hand-make to be fit for purpose. Why would someone pay 80 bucks for this ?

It’s overpriced for sure, but I got a similar Amazon special and it works quite well (way cheaper). Sure I can use like a kettlebell handle or something but this is easier and more convenient. If you can afford it, why not?

Incorrect. You're not working on the muscle, you're working on the superficial layers of fascia that connect to and/or influence the integrity of the hip flexor muscle.

I know its something new, but its useless. You have ATG and KOTG, so why would you bother doing stretches, mobilizations and soft tissue work? KOTG offers you scalable Hip flexor strenghtening through length excersises, which will give you hip freedom forever, not just for a cople of minutes like soft tissue mobilization and stretching do. Even when you are so stiff that you cant do full lying supine bent knee hip flexion or atg ss, you could start with reverse squats and build ROM from there.
@Sherwodblack1992
@Sherwodblack1992 2 жыл бұрын
the pso rite honestly works really well. It doesnt replace ATG but from a day to day quality of life and feeling better at the moment its honestly great.
@francik4225
@francik4225 2 жыл бұрын
@@Sherwodblack1992 Why would you bother soft tissue work on hip flexors for just a moment of better mobility when you can just hold glute bridge for 30 seconds and own that position for the rest of the day? And do hip flexor work and heavy glute work a few times a week to see permament improvements. Hip flexors are such an easy thing to fix.

@@francik4225 I have a bad lower back caused a lot by tight hips flexors. So I can't do a bridge right now and release those hip muscles. So something like this might work better for me to release hips and gradually work my way into different variations of bridging
