This is such an interesting approach. The immersion aspect of this is great, but I think it is very important for the students to know that making mistakes is inevitable. The students should always be comfortable enough in the environment to not be afraid of making mistakes, this is when effective and efficient learning will occur.

We learn from mistaks..
