You have SOOOOOO helped me being a newbie. The repositional hoop brings in a new whole idea and finally understanding the twin needles will save time on my quilt. Thank you. Smiles, Cely in Cocoa Beach, Florida

Thanks for sharing. I’ve avoided using my twin needle because of not knowing the info you shared. I’ve learned so much from your videos about getting the value and amenities offered on our machine. 2 thumbs up and a circle gurl 👍🏼👍🏼🎯

I use this twin needle for hems on jeans and mostly on curtains! It’s a great feature they gave on this machine and I only knew about it from my mom who made all her own curtains and a lot of our clothes growing up

My mom use to sew our own clothes too. I'm going to start trying to do that and learn. There are so many nice fabrics to choose from!

Excellent tutorial full of information. I tend to concentrate on the embroidery features of this machine and I forget the sewing capabilities of it. I forgot about that extra piece that came with the machine and had no idea what it was for 🤦🏽♀️. I learned a lot from the information you shared. Thanks a lot. 😊🇵🇷😊

Hi, Jeanette! I've enjoyed your videos on this machine. I'm a brand new sewer and just got the SE 1900 March 1. I also got the Brother serger 1034D 3 days ago, and I immediately snipped the threads it shipped with and threaded it myself so I could get over that hurdle!😁
@BoricuaSewingCrafts3 жыл бұрын
That's awesome!!! I did the same. I have to film threading it thou. I will definitely be posting this soon.

Thanks, Jeanette. I have had twin needles for years, even for my embroidery machine I bought back in the 1990s. I NEVER used any! I will give it a try now that I've watched your video - I've always just been chicken to try! So silly. What gorgeous stitchings you did! I'm wondering if you could also use your tall thread stand for the second spool of thread instead of putting it on top.
@BoricuaSewingCrafts3 жыл бұрын
Hi Janice. Yes. You can use the tall thread stand if you like. I tried it and it works.

You are awesome. I was wondering what that white piece was for. How great is that needle for finishing off a blanket. Wish I would of known I just finished a blanket for my grandson Ok I just tried out the double needle it’s Awesome. Thanks so much for showing what else we can do on the se1900

Thank you so much for your tutorials. They really help because I’m a visual learner and I prefer seeing it in action:) I have a question in regards to the threading. When you thread each thread separately, does it matter what needle is for which particular thread spool?

Hey Jeanette! Does the twin needle work well for knit fabrics? I primarily make clothing from knit fabric and would prefer to use the twin needle over buying a coverstitch machine.
@BoricuaSewingCrafts2 жыл бұрын
Hi Lisa. Yes it does. But remember to reduce your stitch length.
@kitkatloves19893 жыл бұрын
