Using the Upgraded OPUS-S Beta

Do I need to enter the height of the receiver in these settings?

To get the point on the ground you would input the rod height and the receiver model to account for the antenna offset in the the applicable spaces before you submit to OPUS. If you're referring to the logging settings in the receiver, that will only change the info in the Rinex header, so it would be good practice to, but won't change the processed point.
