Yeah, that was my thought. Beel is such a sweetie. I mean, early on when his food goes missing and he DOES transform, he attacks the kitchen and the wall but not MC despite knowing MC ate the food. Further, even after all of this Lucifer is comfortable letting MC stay with Beel while their room is being fixed. (Poor Mammon likely wishes we stayed with him.) Mammon is my fave, but Beel is too precious for this earth.

I don't know why, but I'm imagining my MC with Satan and Belphie sneaking up on Lucifer with a whip. Like, he's coming downstairs while concentrating on papers for the next council meeting with Diavolo, and somehow Belphie and Satan convinced my MC that he would enjoy it, and my MC, always a people pleaser, believes it and joins them. So we sneak up on him while he's in heavy concentration and then we whip him as hard as we can and he just catches it and keeps walking, that, or he makes a weird sound that Belphie and Satan wishes that they captured on camera. Then he hangs them both on the ceiling like Christmas ornaments and lectures the MC with them not tied up, because he babies them, or depending on relationship with Lucifer takes them back to his office and the MC is confused why Lucifer is saying that she can keep the whip, only if it's used on him as she would say, and then he side marks that he found it to be a pleasurable distraction at her hand only and then she gets it, because nothing ever hurts him. However, she has to pay him back with some poison apples. My MC weirdly oblivious in places, and is a big people pleaser which gets her into some weird crap with the brothers and makes the brothers think that she's kind because she never asks for anything back, but really she's just bad at asking for help.
