Well, some people were in the Manual but didn't understand the Word Panel ( thankfully, I understand it ) They have a Page where they must see which word is marked for a Word, then go down and say the Words until they find one Matching ( which must be the first one )

The reason people kept failing the word one is because there is a second page. Basically, the word up the top corresponds with a position on the keypad, and so people assume that is the answer. However, there is a second page where that label corresponds to the actual button you should press. At the start the only times they got it right were when the label they were using and the one it corresponded to were the same, but eventually most of them figured out they were wrong, and either worked it out or gave up.
