I love react but it doesn't quite fit Roblox. I'd recommend sticking with either fusion or vide (which is like a mix between react and fusion)

I think the most challenging part about building something is where to start. If I wanted to make that inventory UI with Fusion, how do I plan the UI, I start by what like I don't know it's overwhelming

You would normally start with a sketch such as a Wireframe UI. And to design it, you use something like Figma
