you download the .iso (Windows media with setup files on it) and there is an "install.wim" in the \"Sources" folder.

Thank you for this summary! It was so good to hear about this, it helped a lot for me to understand this tool and how I should look on it :) Is there a list of which answer parts are mandatory? What happens if we do not fill out all the steps? Will all installation stop at that point and prompting for manual action? Or basically the answer file will be not accepted? Thank you once more anyway :)

Anything you don't fill out will remain as default - if you would be prompted for it by default, you will be prompted for it if it is left blank. The rest of the answer file will still execute. Essentially, you can build an answer file for just the parts you want.
