Cheating is using any external tool to give you an unfair advantage in a competitive game. I used to use a xim in year 2 and it was just boring. Combined with the fact that I never had a PC, so I had no clue of the buttons on the keyboard. Now I just use control freaks lol

If Ubisoft don’t want you to use Xim then they will stop you from using xim, weather or not it’s legally binding is up to the game devs. Epic Games implemented M&K compatibility into Fortnite on consoles because they wanted more people to become obsessed with their game and PC cross platform is a thing. Ubisoft decided to split up PC and console, as to even out the playing ground on a game where tactics advantage is practiced, not bought or bypassed. Reaction time/ accuracy/ recoil control is proven to be better on M&K over controller. Yes with practice the controller can win over the M&K but why should the better player have to practice to win against a brain dead, crayon munching John on M&K? Doesn’t matter if there is legal binding agreement, if devs don’t want you to play M&K on a 8year old highly tactical shooter, then the will prevent you from doing so, and after 8 years of making right and wrong decisions and keeping a steady fan base, they will know how to not just stop you from using the M&K, but literally tease you for thinking you slick.

Not really, I started using XIM in another game because most of the top console players were using it and it was difficult to compete at the same level without it. I think most people who get one do it for the same reason. They get tired of getting beat by people using it so they do it themselves.
