@@assadullah1399 you can but before 2024 only coz the policy will change after 2024 and only the countries which are recognized or are in process of recognition will be able to match in us after USMLE and i just checked the list and Afghanistan in not there

It's almost impossible to match only 2 non us IMGs matched last year and they are with Great CV , Impressive LORs & Great Scores in USMLE With tremendous amount of publication and researches

Yeah it is very very hard Infact top guns like Orthopaedic and Cardiothoracic are almost impossible for IMGs
