Awakening The Spirit of America with Paul M. Sparrow

The Archivist of the United States, Dr. Colleen Shogan, will join Paul M. Sparrow, the former Director of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum, in a conversation about his recent book, Awakening the Spirit of America. The book chronicles how President Franklin Roosevelt, with the prospect of a war with Germany looming, faced adversaries from within the United States, particularly famed aviator Charles A. Lindbergh, to transform America from an isolationist observer to a leader in the fight against fascism.
