You know something just clicked... When Rode said he was the Sun God, everyone of us readers thinks of Nika. Same applies to Loki when he said he's THE Sun God. But now with context of the Elbaph realms. The Sun realm, The God of the Sun realm. The Sun God. That's why Rode was the God of the lego model of the Sun Realm. So I think we've been looking at this the wrong way. Rode and Loki don't meant they're Nika, they meant they're the King or the God of the Sun realm of Elbaph. I think.

I really hope Elbaph will be an arc similar to Zou with no major conflict and a lot of lore dump and some exploration. After Egghead, I think we all need a breather. But if we face an antagonist (Loki or Shiki) I'm confident our Straw Hats can deal with them.

Syv mentioned in an earlier video (I think it was the Ch. 1132 analysis) that with Giants longer life spans, and the oldest among them being a few generations removed from them events of 800 years ago, they might have a better recollection of history. He could've heard this history from an elder Giant when he was a child. Or maybe Urouge will be return!? He's the only supernova we haven't seen be majorly involved in a New World conflict.

When I think back to the arcs from Punk Hazard to Wano, they were all purpose based. The Straw Hats had a reason to go there before setting foot on the islands. Punk Hazard aside, the island destinations were predetermined before leaving their current location, and that had a lot to do with building up to Wano.

Here's a crazy suggestion on something that might help the whole gigantification theory. So, to understand what I'm about to suggest, we need to focus on Saul. Saul did tell Robin that not all giants come from elbaph, but interesting enough, Elbaph is really the only confirmed place where giants live. So what if the other giants that don't come from elbaph we're ordinary humans who spent too long their, and ended up giangantifying. It's also important to note that Saul is the only Giant with the D initial, but he did say it runs in his family, who we can assume they we're giants or what if originally they weren't giants but ordinary humans who became GIANT.

I screamed for a decade that Hajrudin would be an incredibly important side character (others as well like Cabbage who's my 2nd fav character in general and I have high expectations for) and now with the page time Road and Gerd and Goldberg have gotten it's basically written in stone that Oda will be giving him special attention; which makes me think back to Morj's assessment of the grand fleet as extra numbers for fodder sweep/subsidiary characters who Oda would never let "outshine" the SH's which I don't think passes the smell test when analyzing Leo, Cabbages, Barto etc focus/moments in Dressrosa. And just last week on this channel Morj expressed fear at the grand fleet fighting Holy Knights in response to Syv, but wanting "characters we actually care about" like Shank's crew (????) to take them? Anyways this is all to say that maybe this is a failure of Oda's to make people invest in the fleet; but my thought process for years was that it would be a waste of an entire 2nd half of the story/an entire sea for very few if any significant characters to not come from it, so on top of always just loving the gladiators/fleet individually; I don't see why so many people thought it would make narrative sense for these famed warriors to be weak in the sea they're famed in, and for most of the significant endgame ally combatants to have been introduced pre-timeskip. Now at the end of Dressrosa with what the narrator said and with a little extra thought; I honestly don't think its reasonable how discounted the fleet has been. The lack of theorizing around them has always surprised me; like with what Bartolomeo just got and the new giant pirates focus/Hajrudin's dream to not only stand stop giantkind and become king, but basically surpass Dorry and Brogy, people should be reevaluating and theory crafting as we type. Heck people tried to argue me down for years that Barto attacking Shanks was actually a nothing plot point and may even be dropped/resolved with them just hanging out which was ridiculous; When Barto's been destined for a humbling/check on his violent fanaticism and a chance to reexamine his insecurities around his worth of serving Luffy (reread his final attack on Gladius for an example of that insecurity and a promise to one day be worthy of helping Luffy; despite having already suicided for the crew and been done the most).

I think “the don’t stay too long” has nothing to do with lifespan, shanks is proof of that. He’s been there so long and to what we know life span unaffected. I think whoever said knows of a prophecy soon to be realized (especially with Loki free) so it’s best SHs leave early. I could even picture a dressrosa colosseum type competition so the SHs have something to do other than explore giving usopp his chance to prove himself and an event to distract everyone from Loki

I think the reason not to linger on the island = Time. And that is the "incurable disease" Roger had... Time. Luffy loses his "lifespan" when he fights all out, so I wouldn't be surprised if Luffy ends up dying because he's lived sooo many adventures. Those who adventure more, die young, those who stay secluded on (Elbaph) stay and get very very old comparatively.
