@USPS please everyone DO NOT get scammed!

ordered a new e-rig since my Puffco Peak battery died and can join longer be charged.
Ordered and awaiting today's delivery and immediately after getting an update from @USPS, I received a text msg informing me my package was being held do to an issue with my address and I thought that was peculiar since the @USPS delivers junk mail and my bills daily.
out of frustration I click the link to find out what the issue was and I updated my info and like an ID10T, I paid the $0.30 to reroute my package back to me instead of risking my package getting shipped back.
the site kept crashing and I thought my router VPN was blocking it so tried again without my VPN and it crashed again, then it hit me, after the fact, that @USPS doesn't charge to have mail redelivery and I called @USPS and spoke with a nice representative and was advised it was a scam, that's when I got pissed at myself,my package, ironically, it's still delayed until July 5th,
called Capitol One, and they locked it down and replaced with a new card number.
I dealt with malicious software for a living, and yet, in my frustration, I fell for a text phishing scam, please be aware, the scammers are out in full force every second of the day.
