You can contact the school to ask specifically. They will always say no. But you can plead your case , anything is possible. But you have to have the USRN license first. You must have taken the NCLEX before they can consider you.

Yes for GCU. But for my school post university, they gave me only 69 credits

Thanks for the reply. The price is now 3500 plus 200 for other things. Capella is still cheaper but I think here there are tutorial and videos of indtruction compared to capella. I think I like it. Kindly send the course by course expectation so that I will be well prepared. Thank you

If you only have a diploma, I haven’t heard of any school accepting you for the RN to BSN if you don’t have the license and you’re out of the country. (I called quite a number of schools to ask) First step is getting the USRN license by taking the nclex and be actively be in a visa pool for arrival. Then you can be considered if you call and explain to the school personally.
