No, the victory hasn't floated in almost 100 years. It's in drydock

Unfortunately throughout the War of 1812 disease was running rampant and infections were much more easy to get, obviously back then they didn't possess the medical technology of the 21st century so it wasn't uncommon to see people die of wounds, scurvy which comes from a lack of Vitamin C, and other bad diseases.

Scurvy is Vitamin C deficiency.

The Brits has a a simple remedy for scurvy. Lime, which the Brits were called Limeys! It worked so that's one less disease they had to be concerned with!
