There is no miscomception regarding uif. The problem is, that the person that do the claim is jobless, stress about finding a job quick and money to cope and yet, it falls to the unemployed to go up and down to get all forms in order. As employers have to register and disclose the declarations...why dont uif and emlpoyers work together and handle the claims. For example.... when the employers retrench employees, employees are required to work a notice month...during which, the employer should start the process of the claim. With the correct forms and all. Myself had to numerous times go back to employer due to wrongly completed forms or stuff. This process will cut out fraudelant cases and give the claimee the rest to focus on finding work and not stress that their forms are not correct.... Just a thought🤔

You need to improve your system, or else you'll enjoy rejecting people's applications or face delays due to the lack of understanding from the applicant. This is a long process and it's not clear, people who are at application stage or investigation should not have an access to continuition of payment before approval.

It's send to paymaster once he gets to your file and if proper processes of submitting a COB were followed he will close and process payment

It'll be wise because there's a chance your employer submitted your declaration after u were approved hence it's reassessed to calculate recently submitted declarations or it could be something else forcing the assessor to reassess this application

First it's "USSD" not SSD 2ndly avoid utilizing various platforms or you will receive conflicting messages

Turnaround time vary however if proper processes of submitting a COB were followed it will be paid as long as u have sufficient credits and were fully declared by the employer

Incorrect pin mostly occurs due to poor network of uif not that the pin is wrong

Paymaster close 👇 1. You have submitted COB after your application has been approved, therefore, this means Paymaster is currently working on payment. Note that payment has not been released yet. 2. You submitted COB on an unapproved application, therefore YOU have violated the rules of sending COB. Please refrain from sending COB on unapproved application. Here the correct way of submitting a COB Once your application is approved find out if you should submit a COB after 15 days or 28 days then submit a COB inclusive of weekends.

It mean you were paid money which you weren't entitled to therefore it's an over payment either while back at work. There might be employer who declared you while you were receiving UIF funds.

This payment collected its lie myn was in payment collected for 5 days the next thing it says payment cancelled wats the reason of that.

It means the applicant has received payment chances are you ran out of credits or you submitted duplicates of COB and therefore those deemed to be dublicate s are the ones cancelled by this system. On extreme case you may have violated the rules of sending a COB on an unapproved application

@cnbcommunity2022 my credits are not finished cause I went to DOL they told me iam left with 2 months. Another thing I did not send multiple COB my account was blocked then I did a RE issue n it was approved I did send all the documents Ul2.8 form. Then I received a message saying my Re issue was approved I should receive payment within 7 to 10 days now is a month I did not receive any payment. So wat is UIF doing is totally wrong they are lying to us giving us false hope we worked very hard for our money but wen we suppose to get it we fight n suffer but the time they were deducting it the was no problem. The is a lot going on in UIF that people don't know then we are being taken as fools just because of our own money
