99% of USWNT fans don't know she's a Hermann award winner. That's a huge victory the she's never belied. Chick is physically fit, mentally tough, and sweet as... Her tackle to disposes Danielle Van de Donk in the 2019 WC final (leading to the clinching 2nd goal) is textbook brilliance. She's not just a rock, she's the Rock of Gibraltar.

Agree!! I do not feel we would have won without her, and a couple of other players (starters), it was rare that the offender, she was defending, would ever get a cross off, she stopped 99.9% of them, this is the standard, to winning!. Hope the caoch is stressing this with the new defenders.

@@RiverRokz my opinion... Our defenders will be good. It's our midfield I worry about. If Ertz and Lavelle are 1/2 speed or not match fit, moving forward will be an issue.

Never fully fulfilled the potential that you could see flashes of from time to time especially on the attack. It was a travesty on Pia's part to replace Kacey Short with her in the defense and when the current coach did the same, I knew that he was completely clueless. Playing in the left midfield or forward is the best position for her, and had she been more confident with her shots at goal, she would have been more productive for the team.
