Ustad Amir Khan-singing philosophy-MERUKHAND-critically analyzed by Pandit Amarnath-part 3 out of 7

Pandit Amarnath, the senior most disciple of Ustad Amir Khan, was describing the singing philosophy of ustad amir khan with every aspect of khayal gayaki at Indira Gandhi national center for the Arts in Delhi. It is the third part of the presentation analysing the merukhand application system of ustad amir khan. The student and the follower of ustad amir khan probably would have been enriched with this presentation.

Very nicely explained .my both guru,s were admirer of ustad amir khan saheb and they have explained me this types of merukhand but to master it is not easy but if one master and think on it one can sing hours together .very nice

"Merukhand" explanation is very nice, ... but explanation of "Aaroha" "Avaroha"... is confusing... I think when Aaroha,Avaroha defines "Jaati" of particular Raaga,,, then both r very important.... that's why Raag jati of Bhairav is "Sampurana Sampurana".
