Gorakh Kalyan is the king of twilight Ragas. Some say that it’s name comes from the great Rishi Gorakhnath. Others say that it’s from Gora Kalyan (the auspicious white man) which refer to Nakula and Sahadeva. Others say it comes from Go Kalyana (music for cow weddings).
