Brother, again there is no international christian organization anywhere. I did a Google search and nothing came up. There are many international christian organizations in the world with different names and mission but there is no body that serves as an association or organization for all Christians in the world.

Brother please stop spreading misinformation, there was never a time we worked on a Saturday. It has always been Monday to Friday. No Seven Days Adventist member has ever become the president of Nigeria. Ironsi was Catholic, Obasanjo - Baptist, Gowon & Jonathan- Anglican. Every other president we're Muslims. So which of the presidents are you referring to?
