I totally understand what Shannon told Jen about her drinking. I’m 62 and have been married for almost 40 years. 15 years ago my Husband and I were going through a really tough time. We ended up living apart for a few months. Durning that time I was drinking a lot, to help with my anxiety and depression. Sometimes that happens, it doesn’t mean you’re an alcoholic. As soon as things got better I went back to my normal behavior regarding alcohol.

We met Shannon on her first filming day that she found out David was having an affair through a text and had to start filming minutes later.

I really feel for Jennifer because I see this kind of thing all the time, both at work and personally. Whether it’s going through a divorce or losing a spouse, some women just aren’t equipped to handle everything on their own, and it’s not their fault. They didn’t have to worry about paying bills or checking their bank accounts because they were focused on taking care of their husband and raising their kids. But then life happens! I've heard so many stories at my job from women who suddenly need help because their husband wants a divorce or has passed away. They have to figure out how to survive on their own, often later in life. I hope the ladies teach and encourage her instead of kicking her while she is down.

Didn't Simon say he caught Tamra with Eddie in LV when she told her husband Simon she was going to LA? Eddie was Simon's friend and they were holding hands, Eddie didn't answer Simon. Tamra had an affair- look at that famous picture, she and Eddie are snuggled into each other, and Simon was leaning into Tamra but she's miles away from him and her face is touching Eddie's face!!!!

It is not a “mean dig” to point out the sheer absurdity of any adult in 2024 not knowing anything about their finances? Much less be so clueless as to not being able to take care of yourself or your kids? The stay-at-home mom excuses just aren’t good enough. Do t get all offended when other people point this out to you. They shouldn’t have to. You should know better. Be a fully formed, emotionally stable, capable , educated, financially literate grown-up BEFORE you get married or have kids. Only go into a marriage as a complete equal to form a true partnership. Then, if you want to take a few years off or work part time while kids are young, you can because you are professionally established. Don’t set yourself up for failure. More than half of marriages end in divorce and many more should but for financial instability.
