When someone attacks you with 5k and you have a 5k, you lose right? So do you put your card to the grave or do you use a life card?

If the oppenent attacked your cards on the field and you dont counter or block, the card goes to the grave/trash You only take life card if your opponent attacks your leader or through other card effects (like 10c Big Mom etc.) Hope this helps :)
