Wondering why they didn't go with Time Attack for either of the main Donkey Kong Fights. Would have made for more of a challenge removing the new invisible checkpoints)

I found out at 32:57 you do not have to hit the blue button. You can just walk right through to the moving platform saving a bunch of time.

I’m not sure if I’m gonna try the time trials while I have the game, ‘cause I suck at think-ing against the clock. Like, I’m slow as shit, and I needed quite a bit of time to think in some levels. But it seems like the final bosses and Mini Marios in other boss fights don’t matter. I’m sure some people have beaten the time trial boss fights without taking damage though, so props to them if so. BTW, does the game decide on a time for you to beat, or do you set that time on the 1st playthrough and try to beat it on the 2nd?

I dont know. I just finished all time attacks and now have nothing left to do. I didn’t get any notification or anything.

So i just completed every time attack and all 136 stars. Nothing happened though. When i back up to the save file, i see a gold coin icon on the left of my profile. Not sure if that was there already though from earning all stars.

Expert 7 is the most ridiculous level in this game especially on time attack. Only level I had to lookup. Completely broken and random

100% in games is about additional challenges that you seek if you like a game and want more out of it. In which case playing more of the game IS the reward.

@@Azakir25 it’s not asking for much to get an alternate ending or maybe another harder difficulty yes it’s for everyone so make it for everyone include the ones that actually like a challenge this remake was easy to beat I easily spent more hours on the og just for fun cause the challenge if you want replay value without an award give us a harder difficulty then

My opinion they could integrate time attack on the 1st run and just give hard mode that have a wacky effect similar to Mario Galaxy, btw it may have too much effort. Also, this is how causal gaming sanitising the difficulty.
