@@jpr3s777 thank you! If you have the money for a reasonable down payment, then generally speaking the “best time to buy” was usually yesterday. Interest rates vary but price tends to travel in one direction and I’ll give you one guess which direction it is. What exactly are you waiting for, what condition needs to be met for you to decide it’s the best time? Are you in Utah?

@@halcyonrealestate1844 yes we're in Utah and looking in SL County. We've noticed a lot of price reductions lately and don't want to lose equity immediately upon purchase.
